Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 2 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 2 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions for returns:

• All handmade crochet products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Since each crochet piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and make every product unique.

• We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor handmade variations

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services

T-Shirt Replacement Policy

• Replacement for t-shirts will only be applicable for purchases made after September 2026.

• Replacement requests will only be accepted in cases of:

  • Damaged product received

  • Size difference

Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• The crochet handwork patch will not be replaced only t-shirt will be replaced
